License auto-deploy failures are usually due to one or more of the following:
1) The permissions of the lic.php not being set to CHMOD 666
2) The permissions of the cms_admin/config/ folder not being set to CHMOD 777
3) The IP address of our license server not being whitelisted: ( 192.81.132.21 )
4) The domain not being accessible without a host file entry.
