Payment Processing & Payout Handling
Due to changes implemented by Segpay, we transitioned to handling all payment collection and client disbursements in-house beginning October 2025.
This change allows us to manage payouts directly and continue improving reporting, tracking, and payout consistency for our clients.
ELX Sales Portal → ELX Nexus
The ELX Sales Portal has been phased out and replaced by ELX Nexus. Data on the ELX Sales Portal may not be accurate.
ELX Nexus is now the single system for:
-
Affiliate tracking
-
Transaction history
-
Payout details
-
Coupon management
All related reporting and payout information is available exclusively in ELX Nexus.
Additional Payment Providers
We are actively working on adding additional payment service providers. Updates will be shared as new options become available.
Why Payout Delays Can Occur
While processor payouts are generally received on time, delays can occasionally occur.
Funds move through multiple systems before reaching you:
-
Customer payment is accepted by a third-party payment gateway
-
Funds move through external banking systems
-
Funds are received by our bank
-
Funds are sent to your bank or payment service
At each stage, delays can happen due to:
-
Human error
-
Network issues
-
System or banking delays
These factors are outside of our control.
Bank Transfer Timing
Typical transfer time for banks and payment services: Up to 72 hours
This timeframe is standard across banks and payment services and is not something we can override or expedite.
Payout Schedule
At this time, we are aiming to maintain consistent weekly payouts.
However, payout timing depends on when the payment processor completes and releases their internal accounting transfers to us.
Key points:
-
There are only five business days in a normal week
-
Holiday weeks may have only four business days
-
We have no control over when processors initiate payouts to us
Payouts to site owners begin only after funds are received from the processor.
Payout Fees
All weekly payouts include a $10.00 payout fee, regardless of payout method:
-
ACH
-
Mailed check
-
PayPal
If additional fees are charged by:
-
Our bank, or
-
Your bank or payment service
Those fees are also the responsibility of the site owner.
Important Timing Note
Any payment not in motion by Wednesday may be delayed until the following Monday.
